Data Quality

Eight cross-table checks for inconsistencies the ERP can't catch.

Each check runs a specific query and lists records that fail it. Mark records as reviewed, explained, or ignored to remove them from the list. Annotations live in twin_state.db — nothing is written back to the ERP.
